Your role
• Lead the transformation of the governance and measurement framework for operational and third-party risks.
• Develop and enhance policies, standards, and methodologies in collaboration with business sectors and partners to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
• Act as an expert advisor to senior management and regulators. Influence and support the sector's objectives by implementing solutions that optimize the governance of operational and third-party risks.
• Supervise and analyze scenarios and stress tests related to operational risks.
• Oversee the process of collecting and analyzing operational losses.
• Guide the operational risk appetite process.
• Manage the operational risk component of the corporate insurance program.
• Coach and support the team to achieve common goals.

Prerequisites
• A university degree relevant to the field and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of operational risk management, third-party risk management, and the regulatory framework.
• Significant experience in organizational transformation contexts and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in scenario analysis and stress tests related to risks.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the process of collecting and analyzing operational losses.
• Proven rigor, influence, and leadership skills.
