Your role:
- Independently perform various operational activities according to established policies, standards and procedures.
- Responsible for the execution of customer requests related to the credit card product.
- Raise issues and be agile to help resolve them.
- Identify and correct errors.
- Propose suggestions and ideas for optimization for the continuous improvement of our operations
Your team:
In the chargeback-credit card sector, you are part of a team of 28 colleagues and you report to Emilie ducharme – section director. Our team stands out for its versatility, agility and our ability to handle several different credit card activities.
Prerequisites:
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook software and mastery of collaboration tools (Yammer, Teams, Skype, SharePoint, etc.)
- Ability and comfort to work in a changing environment
- Autonomy and sense of initiative
- Communication skills
- Sense of organization
- Good management of priorities and ability to work in a team
- Spirit of analysis and synthesis
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience in operations, desirable
- Experience in customer service, desirable
