Strategic Operations is currently looking for a Senior Business Process Advisorfor various projects in the Retail and Commercial Operations and The Operations sector plays a central role in delivering financial products and services to clients. Every day, we move closer to our goals of transformation and digitization due to the expertise of our Operations professionals who strive to ensure that we can we offer exceptional service to our clients.

Being a Senior Business Process Advisor means working in an environment where you can excel and collaborate with all other Bank sectors. This means appropriating the Bank’s various business processes and representing the Operations sector in the Bank’s various initiatives. You will also be part of a dynamic, innovative team where management practices foster a good work/life balance.

You will stand out for your ability to influence, act as an advisor to senior management and for your experience on projects.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Take charge of and/or be responsible for the delivery of business initiatives
  • Determine business needs, manage the impacts on operations and recommend the best possible solutions
  • Manage priorities and ensure the profitability of improvements/solutions delivered based on the business value
  • Challenge existing business rules and ways of working
  • Manage stakeholders and align their different interests
  • Proactively communicate results, issues, and risks to management in summary form
  • Practice sound risk management on a daily basis

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 6 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree in a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the banking industry; an asset
  • Experience in change management and initiative deployment
  • Experience in project management/delivery of initiatives in agile mode
  • Advanced experience in process reengineering and continuous improvement
  • Experience in an advisory role with management
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and results-oriented
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French)
