Contributes to the overall success of the Enterprise Compliance Governance team by ensuring specific plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.

Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.Key AccountabilitiesChampions a customer focused culture to deepen stakeholder relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Supports Director –Enterprise Compliance in ensuring a consistent approachtocompliance programsReviews and Updates Charter & Risk Appetite Statement, including supporting metrics.Supports Director to update and maintain operating model to define relation ship of GC with the first line.Support the Director in leading the annual self assessment of the Global Compliance function including defining and tracking of action plans as a result of internal or external reviewWorks with IB Compliance team to ensure operationalization and anchoring of Compliance Documents in LATAMSets standards for translating Compliance documents in Spanish including maintaining Spanish Glossary and Performing Quality Assurance on Compliance Documents translated in SpanishParticipate in internal/external meetings that will enhance Compliance and business strategic initiatives and project(s) completionWork proactively with the Compliance Remediation and Optimization Program team to ensure successful delivery of Governance related projects.Education/Experience Requirements:Graduatedegreein a Business, Finance, or relevant Social Science (e.G.


Minimum of 5yearsof relevant compliance in a large, international bank and/or an established securities regulatory agency with a minimum experience of 2yearsin an area of risk.
