Fun and dynamic culture.The objective of the ERP Finance business analyst is to solve challenges relating to the finance field and transform business needs into objectives and solutions.

The analyst is responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements, he/she participates in preliminary studies, feasibility, definition and implementation of solutions, for initiatives specific to the Finance Department, and for the financial aspects of all other business projects.

The Finance ERP Business Analyst works closely with Product Owners for the Finance modules, as well as with developers.

Your day will look like this: Understand the business context and the impact of projects or developments on organizational processesFacilitate the collection of information, analyze and document the business needs and the needs of all internal customersTransform needs and requirements into a functional and technical model for the development teamRecommend the best business solutions taking into account cost and added value and ensure the solution’s compliance with business requirementsCoordinate with internal customers and the development teamWork in collaboration with the Finance process analyst for the modeling and documentation of the processes relating to the business solutions to be implementedPerform the necessary configurationsDefine test scenarios and test solutionsPrepare documentation, train users and provide support during stabilization of the implemented solutionAnalyze, investigate and resolve issues / bugs affecting the Finance modulesContribute to the strategic planning of information systems, by recommending the prioritization of change requests and by identifying avenues for continuous improvementYour profile :Undergraduate university education in management, computer science or other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent5 years of experience in IT business analysis, including experience in the deployment or evolution of an ERPKnowledge of the business area of FinanceGood knowledge of project management principles and experience of Agile methodsExperience in the application of modelling and analysis methods and toolsGood command of workshop facilitationAbility to make presentations and communicate to different types of speakersGood writing skills and technical writing experienceProficiency in both official languages at a high level, both orally and in writingProficiency in Office 365 applicationsKnowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps (an asset)Knowledge of the concepts of information systems and integrated systemsStrong customer approach skills and to effectively manage customer expectationsGreat sense of organization, proactivity and autonomyGood problem solving skillsPassion for lifelong learning combined with good business acumenStrong analytical and conceptual skillsOur offer :Competitive compensation and group insurance plan including a telemedicine serviceCompany savings plan with employer contributionSkills development and advancement opportunitiesReimbursement of professional contributions required for employmentSupport for professional developmentWork environment conducive to health and personal well-beingRecognition programEmployee Assistance Program
