Our client is currently looking for a financial analyst to join its talented team. This position contributes to the improvement of the company’s profitability by providing timely and accurate reporting, finance data analyses, budgeting, forecasting and finance projections. Call us today!



– Learns and understands Company’s reporting processes and systems;

– Gathers financial and operational data from Company systems;

– Consolidates monthly and quarterly reports;

– Assists in the development of the annual budget;

– Develops and implements controls, procedures and processes to ensure that company processing, analysis and reporting is completed in a timely and accurate manner;

– Assists in the development of monthly forecasts, incorporates industry data, trends analysis and other revenue and cost drivers

– Participates in Regional and Terminal projects;

– Assists Finance and works closely with Finance Manager in the completion of various financial reporting tasks;

– Assists in the development, presentation and tracking of investment proposals created throughout the company;

– Identifies areas of financial insufficiency, communicates these insufficiencies to the Finance Manager;

– Reviews new master data for usefulness and consistency with Company template. Coordinates changes with Finance Manager;

– Executes and evaluates reports available in system to ensure no inconsistencies exist between various modules;

– Ensures system integrity during financial month end and year end closings; verifies report viability; ensures integrity to all data as it rolls to the next month or year.

– Performs various responsibilities related to month-end and year-end closing processes (exchange rates, sales updates, batch posting, depreciation review, etc.);

– Performs other related duties.



– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar area required;

– Advanced degree in related area or CPA helpful;

– Experience working under stressful situations, meeting multiple deadlines for customers under various conditions with limited staff and technical support;

– Customer service focus including the ability to communicate diplomatically; problem solver;

– Very good understanding of financial reporting and financial management concepts;

– Excellent computer skills, including ability to easily use MS Office Suite;

– Exhibits team building and team playing skills;

– Customer orientation;

– Quality and result orientation;

– Analytical;

– Detail Oriented;

– Team Player;

– Problem Solver;

– Excellent English and French communications skills, both oral and written.
