Credit- recevables account Analyst

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable analyst is responsible for managing the collection and aging of accounts receivable. The analyst must maintain an excellent relationship with customers, customer service and sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the age of accounts receivable.
• Analyze the trend of customer payments.
• Manage the customer deduction component by sending the documents to the various departments.
• Communicate with the different hierarchical levels the status of the age of customer accounts.
• Resolve disputes with customers.
• Assist the supervisor for the credit investigation for new customers.
• Resolve payment discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve billing errors.
• Perform invoicing.
• Prepare month-end reports.
• Manage the mailbox.
• All other related tasks.

Required qualities :

• Very good ability to work in a team;
• Demonstrate professionalism, organization, follow-up / rigour.
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills, good sense of initiative
• Knowledge of the Office suite (Excel) advanced
• Focused on continuous improvement
• Autonomous, able to work alone
