CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER Position Title: Chief Investment Officer /Portfolio Manager Location: GTA Reporting : CEO of the Corporate Group Salary and Benefits : $120,000 to $150,000, or Based on experience Summary: Our client is a boutique wealth management organization that provides a family office type of offering that encompasses, financial planning, tax/ estate planning and personal risk management services.

Our client is presently seeking an investment professional who will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the firm’s SMA platform including, construction and oversight of the model portfolios and management of client facing advising staff.

Th is individual will serve as a key member of the Executive team and Investment Committee.

Key Accountabilities Design, implement, and maintain a working SMA investment process in accordance with the underlying investment philosophy of the firm .

This will include: Model portfolio design and management Client investment policy d esign and on-going oversight Security selection processes and controls Research, development and management of proprietary pools applied in the SMA program.

Assist with the recruitment, retention and ongoing management of competent Advising staff Promote excellent client service and standards Develop and manage relationships with third-party service providers Promote and foster a culture of compliance throughout the firm Competencies Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities Superb communication skills – written and oral Great service attitude, putting the client first Comfortable with technology including, portfolio management systems, CRM systems and corporate technology Desire to work in a small firm entrepreneurial environment Team player, collaborative, able to work well with others Self-starter, takes initiative Experience with dividend style portfolios is an asset Qualifications 7 years Portfolio Management experience CFA, CIM or other appropriate education to qualify for an Advising Representative Registration How to Apply  Interested applicants should send their resumes with a cover letter to: infoaracompliance.com
