Book keeper with payroll knowledge

Kelly Services is currently looking for a Bookkeeper with payroll knowledge for an accounting firm based in Ville St-Laurent.

This company is looking for a person who knows about the full accounting cycle with previous experience in payroll. The main tasks relative to the job are:

  • Respond to all inquiries and provide the requested support to clients; (T4,RE,CNESST)
  • Record and update the book following the procedures and standards;
  • Build working relationships with clients and administrations;
  • Manage the archive of accounting reports and documents

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a professional lay back environment. Obviously, the person must have team spirit and to be able to communicate professionally in both languages.

Required Skills:

  • From 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Diploma in Accounting or administration  (DEC, AEC or BA)
  • Excellent verbal knowledge of English and French with written proficiency in one
  • Excel proficiency a must. Simply accounting  and Quickbook an asset


  • 20$ per hour and first salary review after 3 months
  • 22.5 hours per week from M to F with opportunity full time after one year.
  • Layback working environment
