Billing & Adjustments Analyst

Aerotek - Mississauga

This is a Full-time position in Montréal, QC posted March 5, 2018.

  • Process order modifications as per client
  • Handle order cancellations and returns-
  • Update various reports with this information
  • Work internally to offer exceptional service (dealing with the sales team, credit and customer service)
  • Track orders (delivery stolen/lost/damaged) for clients
  • Use Excel – manipulate macros

Work Environment: 

  • Working with a team of approximately 15 for billing and invoicing.
  • Must be available between 8am-7pm for a 40 hour work week
  • Dress is business casual 

  • Completed bachelor of commerce or equivalent (finance, accounting, supply chain)
  • Good computer skills
  • Intermediate to advanced excel required
  • Bilingualism (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of SAP and other ERP is a plus

Salary: 19.23$ per hour
