They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Position OverviewThe main function of the Commercial Document Prep Officer is to have expert knowledge of multiple tools and resources used to troubleshoot and complete client requests, ensure adherence to established processes and security guidelines.What you will achieve in this role:Update various web screensPrepare security documentation-update programming of loans.What you will bring to this role:MUST HAVE:
• Computer Savvy
• Quick learner
• Excellent communication skills
• Crafting e-mails
• Bilingual in English and French
• Sensitivity to information
• Microsoft excel and word ability to navigate spreadsheetsNICE TO HAVE:
• Banking background would be an asset
