The location in Montréal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Analyst, Master Data Management. This job is full-time permanent.

Your challenges:
The Analyst, Master Data Management – Logistics and Products, is a member of a centralized Head Office team that manages all master databases. In collaboration with the logistics group, the mills and several other teams, the Analyst provides unparalleled service to meet the company’s needs.

Specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure entry and maintenance of product data, specifically bill of materials, range and overall manufacturing management as well as all products in the basic material files;
• Ensure entry and maintenance of logistics data, specifically rates, routes and route determination, warehouses, invoicing analysis and any other requests for logistics data;
• Maintain a high level of data integrity in SAP and other databases used by multiple functions within the company;
• Provide support to the various groups in the company when requests to add or modify baseline data are received;
• Participate in data cleansing as required;
• Ensure that business processes are followed by the company.

Your team:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Master Data Management, you will be a member of a dynamic team that offers several types of expertise that are central to the company’s operations.

Your profile:

• Bachelor or College degree in Business Administration or logistics;
• Three (3) years of relevant work experience (an asset).

Your skills:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both official languages;
• Advanced proficiency with Excel;
• Excellent knowledge of SAP software (an asset);
• Ability to work under pressure as part of a team;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Knowledge of computer science and strong interest in working with various computer systems.
