Our client is a multilingual translation company that focuses on quality, customer service, confidentiality and loyalty. 

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure and maintain excellent customer service by responding promptly to customers (phone calls,e-mail and mail) and redirecting them to the correct person; 
• Create customer/suppliers files; 
• Ensure that all files are regularly updated, 
• Invoicing and conducting bank reconciliation; 
• Manage accounts receivable and payable; 
• Prepare deposits and various billing reports; 
• Procure supplies and track inventory; 
• All other related administrative tasks 

Training and Skills 
• DEC or professional degree in related field (administration, accounting, customer service); 
• 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience; 
• Proficiency in accounting software, preferably SAGE 300 (important asset); 
• Knowledge of the complete accounting cycle; 
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite; 
• English and French (Spoken and written); 
• Excellent oral and written communication; 
• Excellent ability to manage priorities; 
• Team Spirit; 
• Strong organizational skills and discipline; 
• A strong sense of initiative, flexibility and autonomy; 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; 
• Focused on customer service (positive, versatility, autonomy, absolute discretion and 
diplomacy)
